Hey! So I tried nutrition counseling last year cos I needed to sort out my diet – too much junk food was wrecking my health, lol. The counselor was super chill. We talked about what I eat, my crazy schedules, and she figured out a plan that wasn’t too hard to follow. Still had room for pizza on weekends but also lots more greens and proteins. Trust me, it feels good to eat right, and you don’t have to give up all the good stuff.
