Hey there! From my personal experience, I’ve found both Yoga and Pilates super helpful for my mental chill-out time. Like, Yoga is my go-to after those crazy stressful days at work. It totally helps me to zone out and sorta reset my mind. And Pilates, oh boy, it’s been great for keeping me focused and sharp. I’m less scattered on days I do Pilates in the mornings. Really feels like it gets my brain in gear for the day ahead. Totally recommend trying them out if you’re feeling a bit frazzled and need to get your brain fog cleared up!
