I mean, for me, it’s all about setting priorities. You really need to know what’s important to you. Like, if your kid’s got a soccer game, that might be more important than yet another late office meeting. Don’t get me wrong, career’s important and all, but what’s the point if you’re too stressed or busy to enjoy the things or be with the people who matter to you? Just make a schedule, and don’t forget about ‘me time’. Everyone needs a little of that—especially with how crazy things get. Oh! And learn to tell work ‘no’ sometimes. You gotta have that boundary.
