I gotta say, from my own experience, social networks can be both a blessing and a curse. I find Instagram pretty toxic because everyone’s life looks perfect there and it makes me feel kinda bad about my own. But then, there are platforms like certain forums and Reddit where I find a ton of support and good vibes. It’s like, depending on where you go, it can be a totally different experience. You just gotta know where to look and not get sucked into the negative side of things too much.
