Hello, fellow allergy sufferers! For me, dealing with food allergies has been a roller coaster. Whenever I eat something I’m allergic to, my mouth starts itching like crazy, and sometimes I get this horrible rash on my neck. Nausea kicks in too if the reaction’s pretty bad. What works for me? I steer clear of foods that trigger my allergies (goodbye, peanuts) and always carry an EpiPen, just in case things go south. Also, making sure friends and places I eat at know about my allergies has saved me more than once. No method is foolproof, but hey, better safe than sorry!
