For anyone new to public speaking, I can suggest a few things I’ve tried myself. I’m no expert, but I’ve given a few presentations and talks. I found watching TED Talks really insightful. These speakers are at the top of their game, and you can pick up a lot on how to engage an audience. Also, there’s this book ‘Confessions of a Public Speaker’ by Scott Berkun. It’s not your typical how-to guide, but it’s full of real-life stories that can give you a good perspective on what to expect and how to handle various situations.

Hey! So, I started learning public speaking a couple of years back and it was kinda scary at first, not gonna lie. But, what really helped me was this website called Toastmasters. It’s this club where people just like you and me get together and practice speaking. Super chill and everyone’s real supportive. Plus, I picked up this book called ‘The Quick and Easy Way to Effective Speaking’ by Dale Carnegie. It’s old but gold, man. Just start by reading a bit and talking a bit more every day, you’ll see the difference!
