LOL, I’m not much of a sporty person, but took a few swimming classes last summer cause my friends dragged me into it. It was alright, I guess? Nice to cool off in the summer and all that. Saw some people doing fancy dives and stuff, looked cool, but I mostly chilled by the poolside. Good times!

I’ve been into aquatic sports for a while now, mainly sticking with swimming and occasionally water polo. What I can tell you is it’s such a stress buster! Unlike the gym, which can sometimes feel like a chore, jumping into the pool feels refreshing. It’s a whole body workout but doesn’t leave me feeling beat up. Plus, it’s fun, man! You don’t even feel like you’re working out half the time, but trust me, it tones your muscles pretty well.
