Insomnia, huh? I read somewhere that if you can’t sleep, you should just stay up and do something productive. Or was it go to bed and wake up at the same time every day? I can’t remember, but definitely something about a routine.

I used to be up all night, man. Tried counting sheep but that’s just boring. Then I started turning off my phone an hour before bed, and it kinda worked. Also, chamomile tea is the bomb for relaxing. Not sure how scientifically legit this is, but hey, it worked for me!
