I’ve worked in a few restaurants and honestly, the biggest thing you need is the ability to keep your cool when things get crazy. Like, sometimes everything seems to be happening all at once – the orders pile up, customers get impatient, and you’ve got to be able to handle it smoothly without losing your temper. Oh, and good shoes are a must – you’re on your feet all day!
