I’ve been in sales for about 5 years, and let me tell you, what really matters is how you talk to people. It’s all about making your customer feel heard and understood. Of course, you gotta know your product inside out, but if you can’t communicate effectively, you’re not gonna close those deals. Also, staying upbeat no matter what really helps, especially on those tough days.
