Hey! So I’ve read quite a bit about depression because I’ve always been curious about how mental health affects us. From what I understand, maintaining a regular sleep schedule is super important. The brain needs rest to recover and regulate emotions. Also, engaging in hobbies or activities that you enjoy can be really uplifting. Hey there! I’ve had my fair share of ups and downs with depression, and honestly, what works for me might not work for everyone, but I’ll share anyway. Exercise has really been a game-changer for me. Just going for a walk or a short jog can lift my mood significantly. Also, talking to friends or just being around my family helps me not to feel so isolated.
