It’s neat for a quick workout between Zoom calls. A few dumbbells and maybe one of those large exercise balls for core workouts should do the trick. Well, from my perspective as someone who’s recently gotten into home workouts, I’d say a few things are absolute must-haves. First off, I can’t live without my yoga mat – it’s just so versatile! Whether I’m doing some morning yoga or high-intensity interval training, it’s always in use. Then, there’s my set of kettlebells. I was doubtful at first, but seriously, the number of different workouts you can do with them is wild. Lastly, a jumping rope – great for cardio and surprisingly challenging.
