Oh totally! I tried intermittent fasting myself after reading so much about it online. I must say, it wasn’t easy at first, skipping my breakfast and all that, but after a week or so, I started feeling more energetic. Also, I noticed I lost some weight, which was great because that was one of my main goals. I think it also kinda cleared up my skin? Not sure if it’s related though. From what I’ve read, it’s supposed to be good for your heart and brain too, but who knows for sure. I just know I felt better doing it!
