I’ve always been a big fan of college sports and think there are some fantastic benefits for the students involved. From what I’ve seen, not only do these athletes get to improve their skills in their sport, but they also gain a lot of soft skills that are valuable off the field. Time management, team work, and dealing with pressure are just some of the skills that they develop. And let’s not forget the scholarships that can really help with the finances. Man, playing sports in college was a blast but also a ton of work! First off, the perks are pretty sweet – you get some cool gear, travel around for games, and you feel like a campus celeb.
